SEO Services Guarantee

This Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is provided by Dirt Geek Media Inc (“Provider”) to the client (“Client”) who purchases the Provider’s SEO System (“Service”). By engaging in the Service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Scope of Guaranteed Deliverables

The Provider guarantees completion of some or all of the following foundational on-page SEO fixes within 8-12 weeks from the date the Client provides full website access (“Guarantee Period”):

1.1 Page Meta Title

Review, write, and implement optimized Meta Titles following SEO best practices including keyword relevance and proper length.

1.2 Page Meta Description

Review, write, and implement optimized Meta Descriptions aligned with search intent and click-through best practices.

1.3 Page OG Title

Implement Open Graph Titles to ensure proper representation on social sharing platforms.

1.4 Page OG Description

Create and implement Open Graph Descriptions optimized for digital sharing previews.

1.5 Image ALT Tags

Add or update ALT attributes for images to support accessibility standards and search visibility.

1.6 Internal Link Title Tags

Add or update Title attributes on internal links to improve navigation clarity and SEO structure.

1.7 H1 Tags

Correct and optimize H1 elements to ensure proper hierarchy and keyword alignment.

2. Additional System Capabilities (Non-Guaranteed Features)

The Client acknowledges that the following automated enhancements are included as part of the Service but are not tied to the money-back guarantee, as they operate continuously and dynamically:

2.1 Automatic Website Optimization – At Scale

The system analyzes and updates SEO elements 24/7 to maintain optimal search alignment.

2.2 Dynamic Meta Tags & SEO Metadata Enhancement

Metadata is dynamically generated using real-time keyword trends and SGE/AI Overview criteria.

2.3 Conversational Questions Tagging for AI Rankings

Conversational, question-based tags are automatically injected to improve AI-generated answer visibility.

2.4 Automated Internal Linking & Topical Authority

Internal linking is created and refined to reinforce topical authority and ranking equity.

2.5 Advanced Schema & Structured Data Markup

Schema types such as FAQ, How-To, and Local Business are deployed to increase visibility and eligibility for rich results.

2.6 Real-Time Search Algorithm Adaptation

3. Guarantee Conditions

The Guarantee is valid only if:

The Client provides necessary access credentials within five (5) business days of purchase.
The website is technically capable of being edited and remains accessible during the Guarantee Period.
Platform restrictions or third-party systems do not block implementation.
The Client does not overwrite or disable the Provider’s work during the Guarantee Period.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

If the Provider fails to complete any of the deliverables listed in Section 1 within the 8 week Guarantee Period, the Client is entitled to a 100% refund of Service fees paid.

Refund Process:

Client must submit a written request within ten (10) business days after the Guarantee Period.
The Provider will verify any incomplete deliverables through implementation logs.
An approved refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days.

5. Verification of Performance Upon Request

Upon written request by the Client, the Provider agrees to furnish numeric performance data demonstrating the operational activity and measurable impact of the Service.

Such data may include, but is not limited to:

On-page SEO change logs
Metadata revision records
Internal linking updates
Schema markup deployment data
Indexing or crawl-related improvements
Performance metrics available through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Search Console)

The Provider will supply this information in good faith within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed ten (10) business days, assuming the data is available and not restricted by third-party systems.

6. Exclusions

This Guarantee does not cover:

Specific ranking outcomes, traffic increases, or revenue performance.
Off-site SEO or backlink acquisition.
Content production not included in the Service.
Delays caused by platform limitations, access issues, or Client interference.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the SEO System. The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Entire Agreement

This Guarantee represents the full and exclusive understanding between the Client and Provider and supersedes all prior agreements or statements.
